Where do I send my payment?

Your payment has to be sent only after calling Gardner Logistics to request the payment instructions.

As the Buyer, what happens to my money when I send it to Gardner Logistics?

Your funds remain in our secured escrow non-interest bearing trust account until the transaction concludes.

How long does it take for Sellers to be paid?

Wire Transfers and checks sent by express delivery within the U.S. are received within one business day. Wire Transfers sent internationally can take three to five business days to be received. How long does it take for Buyers to be refunded?

If, by any reason, the item does not pass the Buyer’s inspection, it will be returned to the Seller, on Seller’s expense and the funds will be returned to the Buyer in full in within 24 hours.

What if I want to purchase the vehicle using financing?

Arrangements can be made to accept funds from financing institutions. Please verify with the financing institution whether payment can be made to a third party such as Gardner Logistics before beginning the transaction.

How long does it take to process my payment?

Wire transfers are processed when received into the Gardner Logistics trust account. International wires typically take three to five business days to reach our account. How are Buyers refunded?

In the event of a cancelled transaction, the Buyer’s funds will be refunded back to the original source of the payment method used to pay Gardner Logistics.

How does the Buyer decline the item sent by the Seller?

The Buyer has the Inspection Period (a length of time agreed to by both parties) to accept the items. If dissatisfied, the Buyer must return the items to the Seller. If the Buyer returns an item, who pays for shipping?

As specified in the escrow terms, if the Buyer rejects the merchandise, the Seller is required to pay for return shipping fees.

To enable Gardner Logistics to protect all parties, Gardner Logistics requires that merchandise be sent only via Gardner Logistics shipping services.
