Our process is built around clear documentation, transparent vehicle information, and a defined inspection period after delivery.
From the date your vehicle is delivered, you have 10 calendar days to inspect it and confirm that it matches the agreed description, condition, and documentation provided before purchase.
If you are happy with the vehicle, no further action is required.
To request a buy-back, you must contact our team within the 10-day period. Your request must be submitted before the end of the 10th calendar day from delivery.
An eligibility review and inspection may be required before approval.
Once a buy-back request has been reviewed and approved, our team will confirm the next steps in writing. Approved refunds are normally processed within 24–48 hours after inspection and confirmation.
After the 10-day period expires and no buy-back request has been submitted, the transaction is considered final.
